This studio is in a single room with a locking door shared with one other artist. There is a dividing wall separating the two studios. There is no window, but there is natural light that comes into the room through a window to the hallway which is right next to a big skylight (see last two photos, taken from the hallway right outside the studio door).

This is a beautiful building in industrial Brooklyn. This building has a thriving community of about 25 artists. There is a common space with a fridge and table area, slop sink, and a freight elevator with 24/7 access. We are set up with super fast FiOs internet.
Not a living space, this is an artist’s and artisan workspace only. No toxic fumes, no excessive dust, no heavy machinery. Sorry, we are not equipped for bands or rehearsal space, kilns, beauty service, or tattooing.
