Furnished 2BR in Harlem, October through December $2,500/month

I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished two-bedroom apartment in Harlem from October through December.

It’s a 2 bed / 1 bath and I currently use the second bedroom as an office, gym and guest room, so there’s lots of flexibility depending on how you want to use the space. Every room has a window, including the bathroom, which means great natural light and airflow throughout.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of a walk up on W 116th Street, about 4 minutes from the 2/3 and around 10 minutes from the C.
There’s AC in the living room and bedroom and in unit heater. No laundry in the building, but there’s a laundromat directly downstairs. No smoking inside.
