Looking for someone to share my beautiful, quiet, very sunny studio with. I will be traveling most of the year, so my half of the studio will have my things there, and I will just periodically be popping in. Looking for a clean and respectful studio mate. Would have to sign a sublease for 6 months with the option to extend. Start date is September 1st. The building always has a lot of foot traffic during BoS, which is at the end of September and could be a cool way to start your time in the studio.
