Room With Private Restroom, Entrance and Terrace Near Prospect Park

I am subletting one of the most romantic rooms you’ll find – a fully furnished space with a private entrance, private bathroom, and a beautiful terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is south-facing, so you’ll get plenty of natural sunlight. The apartment is a loft-style layout: the lower floor has the kitchen, living room, my desk, and my wonderful roommate’s room. 😀
The room itself is cozy (small), with a few empty drawers for your clothes and some hangers- that’s about all the storage available. My desk is in the living room area, but you can use the terrace as a workspace as well.
The building is new and the unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Utility fees can go up to $150-200 if you use everything, but there are ways to save, which I’m happy to guide you on.
Please note: There is no elevator, and this room is on the 5th floor. Pets are not allowed.

I’m Mari, a product manager at Amazon, and I’m renting this apartment with my close friend. She’s definitely the better roommate, so you’re in luck getting to meet her! 😀 I’m heading back to Tbilisi (where I’m originally from) for a month and decided to sublet my room.
Quick heads up: I’m leaving about half my stuff in the room and around the apartment, so storage is pretty limited. If you travel light, you’ll be fine, but if you have a huge wardrobe, this might not be the best fit.
