Private room in a larger art studio space. The rest of the unit is occupied by two other visual artists.
The space is not suitable for heavy fabrication, client facing businesses, or bands. No living in the studio. Visual artist preferred.
Easy walk from subway: Court Sq: F / E / G / 7 & 21st-Queensbridge: F
In an industrial building on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs.
If white walls are preferred, they can be painted. We have some extra white paint available on-site.
