CROWN HEIGHTS SUBLET!

ISO of a sublettor/catsitter for my lovely Crown Heights Studio Apartment! I will be leaving from July 17-Sept 1 and I can be somewhat flexible on price and dates!
Located in N Crown Heights at Dean and Nostrand, there are many coffee shops, grocery stores and bars to choose from. I am a 5 minute walk to the A/C trains, a 15 minute walk to the 2,3 4 and 5 trains at Franklin Ave.
Apartment is a second floor Studio inside of a brownstone. It is a small and relatively quiet building with in unit A/C and laundry in the building. The window is street facing and gets plenty of welcome summer shade from the trees. I do have two little kitties that will require some attention. They are pretty low maintenance but you will need to make sure they are fed and the litter box is cleaned. It wouldn’t hurt to give them some cuddles as well. Cat sitting services are reflected in the overall price.
