Studio is on the second floor but is located next to a freight elevator that goes down to street level. Slop sink located outside in common area. Landlords live upstairs and are very attentive to any issues. Additional $50 to use the AC during summer months, but heat and internet included. This is a great space but I have to give most of it up since I am moving into a live work space nearby. First and last required for move in.
