This domicile holds incredible history, beautiful old creaky stairwells, and tenants straight out of the past. It is and has been a sanctuary to artists and creatives and students since its owner and long term tenant, a buddhist librarian, bought the property in the 1970’s and installed plumbing and heating herself!

Close to an amalgamation of highly rated bars, resto.’s, cultural centers and downtown Manhattan, this spot is a game changer.

Occupancies are filled on a carefully curated and selectively chosen basis, by the landlady and I, the artist in residence.
