It is and has been a sanctuary to artists and creatives and students since its owner and long term tenant, a buddhist librarian, bought the property in the 1970’s and installed plumbing and heating herself!

Close to an amalgamation of highly rated bars, resto.’s, cultural centers and downtown Manhattan, this spot is a game changer for the hardworking and dedicated creative seeking a fresh and vibrant downtown change of pace and location.

Occupancies are filled on a carefully curated and selectively chosen basis, by the landlady and me, who co-manage the property.
