Sunny Summer studio in Can Factory Gowanus

250 sq ft light-filled, good feeling, quiet studio, with high ceilings and a ground-floor location at The Old American Can Factory, overlooking the courtyard.

The studio includes utilities and internet. There is also access to an additional shared workspace for desk work in the dining room, as well as outdoor seating for eating or taking breaks.

I would like to leave some of my things stored neatly in one corner of the studio, and we can adjust the rate accordingly.

Dates are somewhat flexible, but ideally I would like to be back in the space after Labor Day weekend.

The Old American Can Factory is a historic six-building, 130,000 sq ft industrial complex in Gowanus, Brooklyn. It is home to a curated community of approximately 275 artisans, visual and performing artists, poets, writers, filmmakers, architects, designers, publishers, nonprofit organizations, and others working across the creative industries.
