7 artists seek one more to join a new studio space at 4655 Metropolitan Ave! So far we are sculptors, textile artists and one painter.

$337.50/month + utilities and a $337.50 deposit

1150sq ft 2nd floor loft space with Large windows & adjacent slop sink
24/7 access

The space will be divided into:
+a ventilated sculpture area for wood tools and soldering
+a shared clean workspace for sewing/textiles
+couch/mini kitchen area
+individual spaces, partitions TBD, ~100 sq ft each

Looking for people considerate of shared space with an inclination towards collective decision making

Potential for larger individual space at appropriate relative rent contribution
