– close to; loads of speedy public transportation, a wide variety of groceries & great social gathering spaces (off the Franklin Ave stop)
– in walking distance to Prospect Park, the library, Brooklyn Museum, BK Botanical Gardens, + plenty of other parks/fun spots.

About the humans:
– in our late 20s – early 30s (you’d be living with 2 women & 1 man)
– responsible
– clean / neat (but not over-the-top)
– keep mostly to ourselves, but def have friendly updates about our lives / occasional hangs
– keep a quiet home (for the most part) – enjoy having guests over here and there, but don’t bring the party home
– Sorry, not pets allowed in building

The fine print:
– There is a one-time fee for the custom-made shelving unit & hanging hooks–gotta get crafty when you have lots of vertical space! These shelves are of quality material and in great condition.

To move in:
