After you and the coop agree we’re a great fit for your process will schedule your artist visit ASAP
⭐️Points of interest we are also seeking a part-time cofacilitator volunteering 5-8 hours a month, you get $100 off coop rent ($200/mo) minimum six month commitment.
⭐️We have a rare mini studio or desk space in the co-op – 6 months minimum for $450 a month rent goes down to $400 with nine month or longer commitment.
Cooperative requirements is to attend one coop meeting every month in person or by Zoom. And attend Snack N Sew 6-12 times per year!
We are the best loft in the building! Top floor, at level with the JM trains. Two new bathrooms directly outside the loft door. Freight Elevator. New AC/Heating. Utilities are extra, Internet is free.

NEW PRINT LAB^
A printer set up for Sublimation Print
A heat press that transfers prints on to any fabric.
Large full body mirror.
Industrial Hardwood Floors we stripped and reclaimed to look gorgeous.
Two large windows.
^For co-op members print lab is $50 extra month for the cost of paper and proficiency course. ((for jon co-op members also available! $300 per week))
Most importantly an empowered group of friendly, professional designer-artists who believe sharing the artists process is the most direct path to social harmony.

New 2026 coop protocol as we fill our last 3 vacancies:
6 month minimum commitment- $300/month.
Commit 9 months or longer get the last three months $250 with move-in special!

Last, a one time, non refundable $100 sewing machine maintenance fee gets you access to the coop for five years.
