We also have coop spaces available for $300 for 6 month commitment $400 for 3-5 months.
AND! We’re offering a skill share scholarship part-time! (see last 2 images organizing and co-producing our Snack N Sew workshops!) 5 to 8 hours volunteering per month for $100 discount!

DESK SPACE OR MINI STUDIO
• $450 for 6-8 months.
• Commit 9-12 months rent is $400/month
• 4′ x 4′ personal area (See pictures 1 – 3 of mini studio and print lab areas)
• Mini studio directly to the right of print labs in 400 square-foot Co Op
• you can customize this 16 ft.² area and build up to our roughly 13 ft ceiling
• Bring your desk, set up an office
• Space for special equipment like a sewing machine, easels, custom shelving, pop up tables can create versatility.
• Great for painters, visual artists who also sew! (no oil painters)

We are an amazing Industrial Sewing + Fine Arts Cooperative ranging from 6 to 10 artist-designers-seamsters. We have 3 spaces available for April.

The only cooperative requirement for spring is to attend one coop meeting every month in person or by Zoom. And attend one Snack N Sew community event every 30-45 days!
NEW! Lead a workshop at one snack n sew at least once every 12 months!!

We are the best loft in the building! top floor, at level with the JM trains. Two new bathrooms directly outside the loft door. Freight Elevator. New AC/Heating. Utilities are extra, Internet is free.

Most importantly an empowered group of friendly, professional designer-artists who believe sharing the artists process is the most direct path to social harmony.
