Spacious bedroom in a 2 bed apartment with a sunny backyard

Lovely, spacious, minimally furnished room available in my two-bed, one-bath apartment. The room has two windows looking over the backyard, a full-sized closet, and plenty of space for a dresser, desk, and more furniture. It currently comes with a bed and mattress. Move-in date is April 1, 2026, and the length of stay is flexible.

The apartment is furnished with a large pantry, an open layout, and two south-facing windows. Conveniently located at the border of Bushwick/Bed-Stuy, a 10-minute walk to JMZ Myrtle-Broadway or 12 min to G Myrtle- Willoughby. Plenty of grocery stores, laundromats, and neighborhood bars nearby. It’s also a 15-minute walk to Von King Park. There’s a big backyard with a grill and a fire pit, which has hosted many fun parties.

You’d be sharing the apartment with me and a beautiful, gentle dog. I’m an artist and educator in my 30’s with leftist dreams, looking for a roommate who’s respectful, clean, responsible, and intentional about sharing a space.
