Room in Williamsburg Apartment Available April 1-30th

Hello! I will be traveling all of Apirl and am renting out my office/guest room while I’ll be gone. You’ll be living in the apartment with just my 1 roommate (late 20s, female).

Room:
Room is the smallest in our 3 bedroom apartment.
FURNISHED with bed, desk (desk folds down), and shelves.
Room has large closet.
Room is cozy; although there is a desk, this space is not recommended for someone that is fully remote/wfh.

Apartment:
Classic New York pre-war! Brick wall, hardwood floors, high ceilings, and lovely afternoon sun.
Apartment has a large living room with couch, TV, table.
Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cleaning supplies, air fryer, blender, etc.
WASHER/DRYER in unit.
3rd floor; 2 flights up. Walk up.
Friendly building with lovely neighbors!
We keep the apartment clean and well-cared for. We ask that you do the same!!

Neighborhood:
Apartment is so centrally located- J/M train is 2 minutes away, G at Broadway is 5 minutes away, and L is a 10 minute walk.
15 minutes to Manhattan.
Great section of Williamsburg that is quiet and residential but still accessible to shopping, bars, restaurants, etc.

Price/Dates/Details:
$1,300 for the entire month (includes utilities/Wi-Fi) + a $650 security deposit that will be returned if everything is in good condition when you move out.
Available April 1-30th. Potential to move in as early as Sunday, March 29th if needed.
