Hiya co-creators! We have 2 OPTIONS!
1. Cooperative spaces available immediately for $400 (4 month minimum commit) after 6 months rent is longterm rate $300/month. perfect option to test out the coop!
2. Mini studio – Desk space in 400 sq ft sewing co-op ((see last image )) 16 ft.²
– $400/ month for 9 -12 month commitment, paid monthly
– $450 monthly for 6-8 month commitment.
– $500 for 1-5 month commitment.

We are an amazing Industrial Sewing + Fine Arts Cooperative ranging from 6-10 artist/seamsters. We have 3 spaces available for now and May 1st!

The only cooperative requirement for Spring and summer is to attend one coop meeting every month in person or by Zoom. And attend one Snack N Sew community event every 30-45 days! (Six minimum per year)
We are the best loft in the building! Top floor, at level with the JM trains. Two new bathrooms directly outside the loft door. Freight Elevator. New AC/Heating. Utilities are extra, Internet is free.
WHAT THE BUSHWICK COOPERATIVE HAS TO OFFER:
5 Industrial Sewing Machines
2 4ft x 8ft ergonomically correct pattern drafting and cutting tables
A printer set up for Sublimation Print
A heat press that transfers prints on to any fabric.
Large full body mirror.
Industrial Hardwood Floors we stripped and reclaimed to look gorgeous.
Two large windows.
Most importantly an empowered group of friendly, professional designer-artists who believe sharing the artists process is the most direct path to social harmony.

New 2026 coop protocol as we fill our last 2 vacancies:
6 month minimum commitment- $300/month.
Commit 9 months or longer get the first three months $250 with move-in special!
+ $300 deposit
Last, a one time $100 sewing machine maintenance fee gets you access to the coop for five years.
