Come join our lovely community of working artists, designers, and small businesses 2 blocks from the Morgan L in the heart of Bushwick! Our collective has offered a peaceful and collaborative work environment for countless talented artists over the past 8 years in one of the most beautiful and loved historic warehouse buildings in the area.

This is the first space in a railroad-style setup so 2 other very respectful artists would walk through your space to access theirs.

Huge spot in our shared studio by the sink!
Must work in a compatible medium with the other artists’ practices in the room~ textile artists, painters, graphic designers. *nothing that produces fumes or dust
