It’s rebuild time folks. If you feel like you don’t know how to contribute to reality within this fucked up capitalism on steroids we are building sustainable social systems in our industrial sewing and print lab.
Whether you already know how to sew or youre a total beginner we get your proficient on 4 industrial machines 5 if you’re savvy and host monthly workshops, Body doubling open studio time and creative support groups.
We also have a mini studio available with 24 seven access to the co-op please see our other listings or send us a message and will send it to you.
We are an amazing Industrial Sewing + Fine Arts Cooperative ranging from 6 to 10 artist-designers-seamsters. We have 3 spaces available for May.

The only cooperative requirement for spring is to attend one coop meeting every month in person or by Zoom. And attend one Snack N Sew community event every 30-45 days!

We are the best loft in the building! top floor, at level with the JM trains. Two new bathrooms directly outside the loft door. Freight Elevator. New AC/Heating. Utilities are extra, Internet is free.

A printer set up for Sublimation Print
A heat press that transfers prints on to any fabric.
Large full body mirror.
Industrial Hardwood Floors we stripped and reclaimed to look gorgeous.
Two large windows.
Most importantly an empowered group of friendly, professional designer-artists who believe sharing the artists process is the most direct path to social harmony.

New 2026 coop protocol as we fill our last 2 vacancies:
6 month minimum commitment- $300/month.
Commit 9 months or longer get the last three months $250 with move-in special!
+ $300 deposit
Last, a one time $100 sewing machine maintenance fee gets you access to the coop for five years.
