Sun drenched artist apartment LIVE/WORK Summer Sublet JUNE-SEPT

Hello!

I am looking to sublet my beautiful apartment for the summer! The space is on the top floor of a three story A-frame house in Kensington, Brooklyn. The neighborhood is really lovely – quiet, and friendly but just a few blocks from the F and G train which allows for easy access into manhattan or the beach. I have lived here for two years and absolutely adore it. I am an artist and woodworker and will be away until September 1, so am looking to sublet until then. I am hoping to find a person or couple who is respectful and responsible.

The space is live / work – I have turned the front room into my bedroom and the back room into an art studio, already lined with ram board and equipped with a drawing board and work tables. It is a perfect place for a painter or writer. Wonderful sun light, very quiet and a back roof you can climb out and sit on.

$2100/month – wifi and utilities included, payable on the first of every month over zelle, two months (first and last) up front.
