Rent a cool studio in awesome full floor Tribeca loft

I’ve got three studios available in my Tribeca loft workspace 2 are 200 sq feet. One is 450. Each comes with a small amount of storage space not included in the square footage.

200 square feet are 1250. 450 sa feet is 2750. We are on third floor of cool old sewing factory building. There is a weekday elevator 830-445 with lunch break. It is a large commercial elevator and requires an operator

We use our portion of the space for sewing and screen printing. There is a bathroom and a kitchen currently being remodeled. There is also a 3 station professional steam iron setup that can be used by all tenants. Each space gets some free hallway storage there is a communal seating area

Open to all creative enterprises but sorry no open flame. Prefer 6 month renewable leases but open to other offers. Utilities beyond the 600 we currently pay will be shared by tenants.
