Seeking studio mate in Jefferson L

Studio space available to share with me 7min walk from Jefferson L. Around 220sqft

***the photo is the studio next door, this studio is being painted tomorrow-tuesday, so I will have photos then! I just couldn’t wait timeline wise. It is exactly like the one in photo just 4ft bigger. Sorry about that!

You would be sharing with me! Isabel (29), I work in film and photography and would want to use the studio mainly to work, experiment with different mediums, and to have it slowly be able to accommodate a photo studio. I am looking for someone in a similar field or simply something that’s not toxic, not too dirty.

Studio is on a 3rd floor, natural light all day, all utilities and WiFi included. In the summer if we use the AC it would be 75 extra (in between us).

It’s unfurnished since I just leased it but will start working on it next week as it’s ready! There is a freight elevator and two seperate stairs entrances. Doors have electronic codes and studio door has a key.
