I’m subletting my studio which is perfect for a painter or artist that is looking for a space with a lot of light. It has a stunning view of Manhattan, tall ceilings, and is located in a trendy neighborhood, off the Jefferson L train stop, with a lot of restaurants, bars and a hardware store nearby. The rent is discounted since I’ll have some supplies stored in the space. The sublet is for six months, with the possibility of extending. First and last months rent to move in.
