Looking for a studio mate in South Slope. You will have about 300 sq feet of space plus shared backyard. Toral studio space is 700 square feet. Cost is $600/monthly. A lot of wall space to work on or hang paintings. Ceilings 6.5 feet tall. There is a bathroom and slop sink in the studio as well as private entrance. I can put up curtains to separate our spaces and make them semi-private. Looking for a fine artist that doesnt make exessive dust/noise.
