Amazing Shared Art Studio for Sublet in Central Harlem

I am looking for an artist to share a special studio space in Harlem. The room can easily fit 2-3 artists and has 3 floor to ceiling windows.

I am painter and small scale sculptor that is looking for someone kind, creative, and respectful to share the space with. I have a corporate job, so I plan to be on the studio occasional evenings and weekends.

This sublet is potentially open-ended (!) and I am flexible on start date. You will sign a sublet agreement with the leaser, or me depending on what month you start (including a holding down payment of $680).

Whether you are a current MFA student, a professional artist, or exploring your creative side, take this as a sign – this space is amazing!!

Final notes: it’s a 5th floor walk-up! The building is really well maintained and the leaser is a wonderful communicator.
