A space has opened up in our cozy 900sq ft studio located in Crown Heights/Prospect Heights. Currently the space is shared by an interior designer, a painter, two illustrators, and one friendly dog.

The studio has an attached bathroom, AC/Heat, a wood-burning stove, a kitchenette+common area and a private roof deck. The building has 12 units occupied by artists, musicians, florists and has 24/7 access. Located near Classon and Bergen.

We share the space communally and work at our own desks. The space is cozy and relaxed. Sometimes we have friends over on weekends, host pop-ups and open studios, and truly enjoy making it a great space to be!

Rent: $690/month
Expenses: $120/month average including utilities/wifi/cleaner/communal supplies
Time commitment: minimum 3months with option to extend
