I’m looking for a studio-mate to share a separate part of my space with for 3 days a week (flexible) starting Nov. 1st. Flexible and open to who takes which days.
I make bioplastic hanging metal sculptures that are sometimes fragile! So, looking for a person who will be mindful as they walk through the space as well as and easy-going generally. Good communication is key.

Quiet but close to lunch places and coffee

Next door to Dykes Lumber
1 flight up (no elevator)
Can be furnished with a desk / stools or empty
