We’re 1/2 block from the Dekalb L train in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The building has a street-level electronic keypad entrance and an elevator to the cellar-level studios. 2-stall/sink, clean restrooms.

Rick Considine is a retired Berklee College of Music professor who teaches drums lessons on weekend mornings and occasionally on weekdays.

*******This is an ideal space for solo instrumentalists to rehearse or give lessons. Please, no bands.

$100/month for half day/slot per week
$180/month for full day/slot per week

Rick’s 4-piece Gretch Catalina kit(kick, 1x rack, floor, snare) is available to use(including house cymbals). Also available are a 15-watt Fender tube guitar amp, small PA, Farfisa organ, Ampeg 1×15 bass cab, boombox, stool, and a storage shelf for a small amount of gear(breakables—cymbal bags, etc.).

All Utilities included: Electric, Central Air Conditioning + Heat, and High-Speed(1GB Optimum) internet/WIFI. Clean restrooms onsite.
