Sunny studio in Bushwick to share

I’m looking for one person to share my sunny studio in Bushwick. It’s located three blocks away from the Morgan stop on the L train. It’s on the third floor in a walk-up building. It is a 500 sqft space with a high ceiling, a storage rack, and the bathroom and slops sink in the hallway.
The space can be divided into two semi-private studios, or we can share the larger space. I’m flexible.
Please no toxic techniques unless an occasional and clean artist is preferred. About me: I’m a photographer and videographer, so I keep the studio clean.
