Seeking someone to take my studio space in Bed Stuy (or sublet for the month of May). It’s $724.50/month for 190 sq feet (with a built in lofted storage space adding ~30-40 sq feet). Electricity is $25/month and heat $25/month (only during cold months). If taking over the studio, the leasing office requires 2 months security + first month’s rent. It’s at a large and well known studio building adjacent to either the Flushing or Myrtle-Willoughby G stop at the intersection of Park & Nostrand Ave.
