Studio For Rent - W/ Shared Woodshop + Shared Screening Room

We are looking to fill a vacancy in our artist collective for immediate move-in. There are no live/work spaces in our building, but you are welcome to build out your wildest dreams here! We are a close knit community of 30 makers, spread throughout our building’s four floors. Our ranks include designers, artists and architects looking for somebody similar to join our space. We welcome creators in any media. This is a really special place to build and create, and we’re looking for someone extra special to join us.

As a whole, the building layout is sort of “Railroad Style”, so your neighbors may walk through your space as you work in your private space and in the shared woodshop and shared movie theater. That being said, in our 8 years of operation, this has always been a feature, not an issue.
