Ideal for writer, clean art practice, film/video, photographer, designer, small business, remote work. In general someone kind, quiet and respectful. The space is for work only, and preferably for day use.

Studio/office is available in my live/work loft. I have a bedroom and studio here and the space is my home for the time being.

As this will be a unique situation there will be a three month trial period.

Very important: I’m very sensitive to synthetic scents.
Please no perfume, cologne, scented candles, incense, Febreze and glade plug-ins, or glues or adhesives that need ventilation.
Sinks are available for water only (no clay, oil paints, solvents)

I am a painter and use a range of materials including oil with odorless mineral spirits.
